SUMMARY:Tufts Family Weekend: TGI Open House
DESCRIPTION:An Open House event for undergraduates and their families to learn more about Tufts Gordon Institute and Derby Entrepreneurship Center. \nTufts Gordon Institute (TGI) provides academic and co-curricular programming with a focus on leadership\, management\, and business. We offer learning experiences to pre-college students\, undergraduates\, graduates\, alumni\, and our community that help them build strong leadership and interpersonal skills\, gain business acumen\, develop a sense of profound purpose\, and lead impactful lives. We are home to four undergraduate academic minors\, three masters’ programs (the latter are all available as 5 year options)\, and a post-graduate certificate program. \nTGI is home to Derby Entrepreneurship Center\, which offers a comprehensive suite of entrepreneurial programming\, events\, and grant funding opportunities for students\, faculty\, staff\, and alumni alike. Students can join a speaker event or mixer to connect with each other and expand their professional network; get 1×1 coaching from practicing entrepreneurs; compete in pitch competitions; take part in the summer accelerator; apply for an internship grant and many more.
