No experience necessary — just come ready to unwind\, breathe\, and reconnect with yourself (and maybe a few fellow stressed-out Jumbos). \nAbout Ryan Friedman\nRyan Friedman\, a 2025 graduate of the Fletcher School at Tufts\, is Founder of Practices and Perspectives\, a full-spectrum nonprofit wellness hub and media agency dedicated to amplifying ancient methods for reconnecting soil\, soul\, and society. Practices and Perspectives was a finalist in the 2026 Tufts New Ventures Competition. \nThis event is hosted by Derby Entrepreneurship Center at Tufts University.
