Description

Introduction to the power of data across the arts, humanities, and sciences. How data is created, interpreted, visualized, and sometimes misused, evaluating real-world information with a critical eye. Hands-on labs to develop practical data analysis skills in Python and visualization skills in Tableau. Machine learning techniques, including clustering, regression, and classification trees. Emerging trends in data analytics. Prepares students to apply data-driven thinking in any field.
Open to Arts & Sciences and Engineering Undergraduates.
