She leverages her diverse experiences to guide her leaders and students as they solve complex, one-of-a-kind people, team, and organizational challenges.

Lucia’s most important, never-ending challenge/achievement is becoming a humble student in her own learning and development as a mother to her two kids Charles and Sophia, a life partner to Joel, and an unconditional sounding board to her friends and family. This journey challenges her in unexpected ways to unlock more empathy, unconditional support, and understanding of others who embark on their own path.
