Auster Center Event: Entrepreneurship Fundamentals: A Legal Perspective
Tufts Technology Commercialization (OVPR), Tufts Chapter of the National Academy of Inventors, and the Auster Center for Applied Innovation and Research (Gordon Institute) are excited to invite you to a seminar on entrepreneurship fundamentals for faculty and students. This session will be presented by experts from Husch and Blackwell, LLP., and will provide an overview of foundational entrepreneurship concepts from a legal perspective and key factors to consider when launching a company.
Specifically, the presenters will provide tips and guides to better ensure your data, software, IP, agreements, and records will be in shape for company formation and outside investors’ analyses.
The seminar is open to all disciplines and experience levels.
