Entrepreneurial Workshop: Customer Discovery Review

In this workshop, Elaine Chen, Director of DEC and a veteran qualitative and quantitative researcher, will review customer discovery best practices, audit the research done to date by each team, and help you plan for ongoing customer research. Featuring a real life case study shared by NSF iCorp alum and award winning medical device entrepreneur, Idicula Mathew, Entrepreneur-in-Residence at DEC and cofounder and CEO of Hera Health Solutions.
