Alfredo Ramirez

Alfredo Ramirez (Fletcher MALD ’22) is the Co-Founder and COO of Prosal, an AI-powered business development and capture management platform for federal contractors. A seasoned entrepreneur and business development strategist, Alfredo has won over $2M in RFPs throughout his career and has successfully scaled Prosal to support over 150 GovCon users, helping them add more than $27B to their collective pipelines. Prior to founding Prosal, he led digital media strategies at Rational 360 and founded ALRAS Digital. Alfredo holds a Master of Arts in Law and Diplomacy from The Fletcher School at Tufts University, where he focused on the intersection of technology, energy, and policy.
