Earle is the former Managing Director at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meager & Flom LLC, one of the leading business law firms in the world. He joined Skadden Arps in 1980 and helped in the transformation of the legal profession from local partnerships to institutions which now service the needs of global corporations in their most difficult problems. Earle graduated the School of Engineering in 1961, obtained a graduate degree from MIT’s Sloan Management at MIT and Arthur Young where he worked for 17 years before joining Skadden Arps.
