Hadley Haselmann, EG23, serves as a Culture of Inclusion Specialist at Applied Materials, the world’s largest semiconductor equipment manufacturer. She has five years of experience in sales account management, focusing on two main product groups, and is the youngest salesperson at Applied Materials to lead in revenue generation. Her skills include sales, negotiation, customer relationships, technical product pitching, and leadership training.
Additionally, Haselmann is involved in entrepreneurship and venture capital, coaching teams in business plan development from idea generation to product launch. She has conducted workshops at Impact Hub, The Tech Valley Center of Gravity, Derby Center for Entrepreneurship, and the Center for Social Innovation. She is also a certified facilitator for executive leadership inclusion training.
