Julie builds B2B consulting businesses that solve complex problems through strategic communication and perspective shifts – and she’s passionate about helping others do the same.
A remote work pioneer since the dial-up era, Julie founded Eat Well Global, a B-Corp and WBENC-certified consulting firm that unlocks business potential and positive impact in the food and health sectors. After growing the company to a global team of nearly 30 and working with most Fortune 100 food companies, she transitioned leadership to her partners to return to her entrepreneurial roots. She then co-founded AugMentors, a specialized consultancy focused on mentoring and growth, which produced the #1 mentoring podcast on the HubSpot Podcast Network.
In July 2025, Julie founded Connection151, where she helps B2B business owners connect with and land their most valuable customers through sales strategy and coaching. She also teaches entrepreneurship and innovation courses in both the undergraduate and MBA programs at Northeastern University’s D’Amore-McKim School of Business. Additionally, she serves as Partnership Lead for Scarlet, a leadership legacy business, and chairs the advisory board for the Frank & Eileen Center for Women’s Entrepreneurial Leadership at Babson College.
At the heart of Julie’s work is connection-connecting clients with the right partners to make an impact, students with knowledge to launch their careers, and mentors with mentees so both can grow.
