Mackenzie founded the first Homemade hub, Homemade in DC, to accelerate other women entrepreneurs of Color building their food businesses with a mission to close the racial and gender wealth gap through entrepreneurship. Prior to launching Homemade, she worked with non-profits, state agencies, and Fortune 500 companies to launch and grow their innovation programs and has a background in sales and business development.
