Michael Blau is a retired health transactional attorney. He is a Retired Partner and formerly Chair of the Industry Teams, including the Health Care Industry Team at Foley & Lardner. Previously he served as Partner-In-Charge of the Boston Health Law Practice at McDermott, Will & Emery. He assists for-profit and non-profit health care business at all stages of development, including financing, mergers, acquisitions, and joint ventures.
He currently serves on the Advisory Board for the Tufts Friedman School, as well as on the governance boards of a number of health care organizations.
