Mike Doyle currently serves as the CEO, President and Board Member, Spire Health.
Prior to Spire Health, Mike Doyle joined COTA, a healthcare technology company that uses real-world data to bring clarity to cancer care, as president and CEO in 2018 from QPID Health, where he served as president and CEO from 2012 to 2018. He has spent most of the past three decades as a CEO—much of that time in organizations that operate at the intersection of healthcare and technology to improve patient outcomes while reducing the cost of care. Doyle is a Fellow in the American College of Healthcare Executives (FACHE). He holds a BS in Biology from Tufts University and an MBA in hospital administration and finance from the University of Chicago, where he was a Kaiser Fellow.
