Peter Rothschild has been involved in both investment and merchant banking for over 35 years. During this time, he has been engaged in over 100 transactions aggregating tens of billions of dollars, including mergers and acquisitions, capital raising, restructuring, corporate advisory work and principal investing. On the advisory side Peter’s clients include publicly traded companies, private companies, private equity firms, hedge funds and mezzanine lenders. The industries he has focused on range from industrials including aerospace, automotive, building products, chemicals, energy, general manufacturing, healthcare, textile, apparel, consumer, distribution, defense and paper and packaging to services including restaurants and financial services.
Mr. Rothschild is a Partner at East Wind Advisors and the managing member of Daroth Capital LLC which is involved in investing and advising clients on financings, mergers and acquisitions and restructurings. He is the President and CEO of the Company’s wholly-owned investment banking subsidiary, Daroth Capital Advisors LLC. He has also served on the boards of including Rexnord, MAG Aerospace and as Chairman of the Board of Deerfield Capital Corp. He is on the board of The Wendy’s Company. He serves on Tufts’ School of Engineering and Mount Sinai Department of Medicine
