Sebastian Coates, E20, is the technical founder and CEO of Tellescope, a platform that helps healthcare organizations manage patient communication, engagement, and operational workflows. He graduated from Tufts University in 2020. Witnessing the rapid shift toward virtual care and digital infrastructure during COVID inspired him to focus on building tools that support the next generation of digital health companies emerging from that moment.
Later that year, Tellescope participated in the Techstars accelerator through the UnitedHealthcare / Techstars partnership. Since then, the company has been bootstrapped to profitability for more than two years, now serving more than 150 healthcare organizations with a team of nine full-time employees.
Sebastian holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science and Mathematics from Tufts University.
