Shivam Shirdhankar

Shivam works at the intersection of technical delivery, product strategy, and data-driven decision-making, with hands-on experience turning messy, cross-functional problems into plans that ship. A Master’s student in Engineering Management at Tufts University, Shivam brings a systems-minded approach to program management, aligning timelines, dependencies, and stakeholders around measurable outcomes. At the Derby Entrepreneurship Center, Shivam coordinates multi-month projects and helps develop and improve the IT systems and automations that support the Center’s operations and its student and alumni community. Previously, as an Associate Consultant at Saint-Gobain, Shivam led a zero-downtime migration of 200+ business-critical jobs across three business units while sustaining 99.9% platform uptime for stakeholders across Europe and the US.
