Maker Workshop: DIY Air Quality Monitors

Maker Workshop: DIY Air Quality Monitors

What’s in the air you’re breathing right now?

Join the Local Haze team at the Nolop FAST Facility Makerspace to learn how to build a device that answers that question. We’ll start with a short talk on why air quality matters, then look at the options for measuring it and the designs and kits available for building a low-cost monitor. Then we’ll demonstrate how to assemble an AirGradient Open Air Monitor Kit, followed by discussion and pizza.

Open to Tufts students, faculty, and staff of all backgrounds; no prior electronic or environmental science experience required.
