Sustainable Project Hackathon

The Sustainable Project Hackathon (SPH 2026) is a 24-hour event taking place on November 14–15 at Tufts University’s Medford/Somerville campus, open to undergraduate and graduate students of all majors. Teams of 3 to 5 participants will tackle real-world campus sustainability challenges using on-campus makerspaces like Nolop, the Craft Center, and the Data Lab to develop working solutions. With over $1,125 in prizes, top teams will earn cash awards and receive guidance to turn their ideas into official Green Fund projects.
