Paloma Velasco León is a multidisciplinary designer with excellent technical and creative writing skills. She is passionate about earnest innovation in all that she does.
As a writer, designer, and concept illustrator for early childhood STEAM education, she is driven to create work on early childhood passion exploration and design creation through the lens of heritage, geography, haptics and the senses, strength based learning, and a dash of wonder!
Paloma enjoys writing, designing, woodworking, and illustrating; although, her first love was painting and poetry. She is most inspired by Latin American heritage, geography, haptics, and instances of wonder. She sees herself as a sensory specific designer, She designs through the pleasure of seeking optimal sensory experiences.
Paloma holds an Interdisciplinary Studies degree in Creative Writing and Design from Tufts University.
