We will then help you explore how market selection leads to building buyer personas and an associated buying process, starting with how your economic buyer or end user becomes aware they have a problem, search for and evaluate a solution, then make a decision to buy or adopt that solution.

In this workshop, we will explore various ways your venture scan make money through different business models and pricing strategies.

Join us for a fireside chat with the alumni of Tufts Venture Accelerator 2022 and learn how they utilized resources from Tufts to build their ventures from the ground up.

Explore process, tools, technology, metrics and people that are required to actually sell, close orders and bring in revenue.

Hear how we use our accelerator's own teams as case studies to dive into the actual process of building a brand from the ground up.

We will review your pro-forma profit-and-loss statement (P&L) and help you examine your assumptions and ask the hard questions even though all the numbers are bound to be wrong at this early stage.

We will review best practices and use cases for an executive summary, especially for fund raising, and break out into small groups to review each team’s executive summaries and offer suggestions for improvements.
